1: Payments must be paid before 5 o’clock in our back account given to you alternatively pay us directly.

2: Late payments will result in a £5.00 fine p/day

3: All vehicles will require a deposit that is refundable on return of the vehicle providing no damage or parking fines are outstanding.

4: Any damages to the body/paintwork/wheels/interior etc, are to be paid for by the person who hires the vehicle.

5: Any fines/parking tickets occurred on the vehicle whilst on hire to you, you are liable for and must be paid for by yourself.

6: Drivers must ensure they are covered by aa, rac etc, in the case of the vehicle breaking down you must have the vehicle transported back to our premises where you will be supplied with another vehicle, (if available) any costs must be paid by yourself.

7: No smoking in the vehicle at all. It’s against the law to smoke in a private hire vehicle.

8: Drivers must check/ levels/water/oil/tyres daily any damages due to neglect by you (driver) will have to pay for any damages caused.

9: Vehicles must be brought back with the same level of petrol when the vehicle is taken (please refer to fuel indicator in the hire agreement). A charge will be applied if brought back with less petrol.

10: Vehicles are only to be driven by the person to who the car is hired out to.

11: Vehicles must be brought back in the same condition the vehicle was taken out (cleaned inside and out ) any vehicles brought back not cleaned will pay £20.00 minimum fee.

12: Vehicle repairs will only be done in our garage in southall (quick fix auto garage, rear of 30 tachbrook road, ub2 5ja)

13: 7 days notice must be given, if you no longer wish to continue with the hire of the vehicle, in the event of not giving us 7 day notice you will be charged 7 days rental.

14: In the event of an accident due to your fault accidents the car must still be paid for weekly as normal.

15: Tyres: we will only supply new tyres when they are worn, for any other reason I.E. In the result of curbing, punchers, and the result of the tracking needed to be done or any other misuse must be paid for by yourself.

16: To hire one off vehicles we require the following documentation…. Pco license, driving license (both parts), 2 forms of address (I.E. Utility bills, bank statement etc.)

17: Client must pay £10 for each ticket representation ( admin cost).

18: Vehicles must be returned to our office in staples corner office or garage in southall.

19: It is the driver responsibility to report and email their new driving licence to our office as soon as possible, incase a parking ticket goes to your old address will not be our responsibility.
